E-bike suitable bike tour from Ferlach via the R7 cycle path up to Maria Rain with the famous pilgrimage church, then on to Köttmannsdorf to the parish church of St. George with the oldest preserved death lamp in Austria. In the freely accessible sculpture park of the Holzbau Gasser cultural workshop in Ludmannsdorf/Bilčovs we stretch our legs during a top-class cultural walk.
Then we descend into the rose village of Feistritz. Those who are particularly industrious will make a loop along the Drau cycle path to the artists' village of Suetschach with its Krampush House and Metal Art Mile. Via the villages of Sala and Hundsdorf we cycle past the k&k St. Johann/Šentjanž to Weizelsdorf to Ebenau Castle, where exhibitions worth seeing are regularly shown in the Walker Gallery (open on weekends in summer). Passing the church of Kappel a. d. Drau, which is considered the mother parish of the Rose Valley, we reach Kirschentheuer, home to the Carnica Bee Museum. Via Görtschach the tour leads back to the starting point at Ferlach Castle/Gaston Glock Park with the well-known hunting and gunsmith museum.
