Yoga for everyone. Yoga Basic means we practice asanas (poses) in anatomically sensible alignment, with the goal of mobilizing and strengthening our bodies.
This opens us to an increased flow of energy to, among other things, stimulate our self-healing powers.
Furthermore, we will address the 8 stages of yoga, which also encompass pranayama (breathing exercises) and silence (meditation).
Old trees provide shade and create a strong energy field that supports us in our development and in our BEING. Looking inward leads to letting go of thoughts and thus to inner peace.... Just BE....
