Hiking with all your senses on the Plöschenberg
On this slow-paced hike, you will immerse yourself in the healing atmosphere of the forest with all your senses.
It's not about reaching a specific goal but about conscious walking, strolling, and perceiving your surroundings. Sensory and mindfulness exercises, invigorating breathing and body exercises, as well as grounding nature rituals help us bring body, mind, and soul into harmony.
Schedule:
9 AM meeting point diagonally opposite the Buschenschenke Kesnar at Plöschenberg (Plöschenberg 9, 9071 Köttmannsdorf). There you will see a small parking lot. Close by, there is a wooden bench under a tree that marks our meeting point.
Duration: approx. 3 hours
Dates: Every Monday on June 02, 16, 30; September 08, 22; October 06, 20
