Sharktank open "a niche in the German-speaking music market that we didn't know existed" (DIFFUS); where playful feel-good beats and light-hearted instrumentals meet conscious rap and melodic vocals , the Vienna trio has found its colorful, distinctive sound – jump in & swim along!
With 15 million streams ("Washed Up") and invitations to festivals like the Reeperbahn Festival or Eurosonic, one thing is clear: Sharktank are an indispensable part of the music scene in the German-speaking world. Familiar melodic vocals, synth sounds, rap and rock up to pop tunes are expertly woven together by the band, and without any of the feeling of a bad snack mix.
They prove effortlessly what it means to swim against and simultaneously with the tide, without getting stuck in place; recognizability, a nomination for the Amadeus Music Award 2022, and a live session with the American broadcaster NPR included.

After an extensive tour in the German-speaking region, the trio, which is live complemented by two additional positions, brings band life par excellence to the Burghof.

The songs of endless wellness are an attempt to redirect the feeling of collective exhaustion into a loud collective protest—against a dysfunctional system riddled with failed climate politics and a resurgent fascism.
These are songs for listening alone or dancing together, shaking the weight off your shoulders. There is an ambivalent tension that hovers between the urgent music and the lyrics about existential fears.
In doing so, Endless Wellness manages to capture our time and its spirits and transform them into melancholic yet comforting warmth. This can happen with humor, with harmonies, and definitely with distortion. Perhaps it is music that will surprise you just as much as it has surprised us. They have been friends for 13 years and are currently one of the most important indie bands.

The dada-poetic, German-language lyrics are a loud confrontation with depression and ultimately always bridge to society. These are alternative love songs, for mindfulness, for optimism.
