3D Bogen Parcours Pörtschach

The sports facility of 1.KBSV-Pörtschach, Aldo Neuscheller course, consists of a very well-maintained shooting range and two 3D courses.
Around the Leonstein castle ruins marked as Orange according to WA guidelines with shortcut options and a refreshment area with a magnificent view over Lake Wörthersee.
Around the High Gloriette marked as Yellow according to IFFA guidelines, also equipped with a refreshment area with a magnificent view over Lake Wörthersee.

The staff of 1.KBSV-Pörtschach is very dedicated to keeping the facilities in the best condition.

From both courses, a detour to the High Gloriette is possible.
The Leonstein castle ruins are unfortunately not accessible at this time – please inquire for further information at the Pörtschach tourism office.

The use of the courses of 1. KBSV Pörtschach is only permitted with a valid membership card, annual card, or day pass!

Day passes must be registered in the course book BEFORE using the shooting range and the course, and must be paid for by depositing the envelope in the safe!

The membership card or annual card must always be carried and presented upon request!

Course Rules

• The course rules must be adhered to without exception!
• Instructions from the supervising authorities must be followed!
• The use of crossbows is strictly prohibited!
• Children and teenagers under 16 years may only use the training area and course accompanied by an adult. Parents are responsible for their children.
• Individuals who use the grounds without permission or who are not registered must expect a report for trespassing .
• There is a strict smoking ban in the forest. (Fire hazard)
• Persons under the influence of alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited from shooting.
• Each shooter is responsible for their shot. This means each shooter must ensure before shooting that the shooting line and the danger area behind it are clear, so that neither people nor animals are endangered.
• If you are searching for lost arrows in the area of the 3D animal targets, please place your bow clearly visible in front of the target. Subsequent shooters are encouraged to wait before shooting.
• All individuals must stand behind the shooter when shooting.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash!
• The draw “Over the head” (arrow pointing towards the sky) is prohibited!
• The course may only be traversed in the designated direction.
• Shots may only be taken from the designated shooting stakes and areas. Red stake - very experienced shooters, blue - experienced shooters, white - youth and beginners.
• Only the designated 3D targets may be shot at.
• Shooting must be immediately stopped at dusk or in dense fog!
• Independent alteration of the targets or shooting stakes is not permitted.
• Only undamaged 3D or field tips may be used.
• The use of hunting tips is strictly prohibited and will lead to exclusion from the course and a report for willful damage!
• Access to the site is at your own risk.
• The landowners and tenants accept no liability for any personal or material damage.
• No liability will be accepted by the landowner or course operator for damage caused by force majeure.
• Failure to comply with the course rules will result in immediate revocation of shooting permission and the annual card.
• We kindly ask you not to leave any litter on the course and to keep the refreshment area clean! Please take back any packaging from food and drinks!
• Please inform us of any factors of uncertainty or risks and special occurrences!
• By adhering to the course rules, each individual contributes to ensuring that this beautiful sport can be practiced for a long time to come!
