Fischerpark Döbriach

A family park directly on Lake Millstätter with a great playground, views of the lake, the unspoiled southern shore, and breathtaking sunsets!

At the children’s playground, the little ones can let off steam! Next to the swings, there is a large climbing frame made of robust wood. It offers various climbing opportunities such as ladders, nets, and slides that challenge the children and promote their motor skills. At the top of the climbing frame, the kids have a great view and can feel like little explorers. Or they can simply stay with shovels and buckets in the sand pit, digging or building castles.

The Fischerpark is also a popular starting point for a barrier-free hike along the lake, where you can enjoy ice cream on the way and observe the lively activity at the lakeshore - this is also possible with a wheelchair. A short swim in the warm water of Lake Millstätter is also not denied. In the Fischerpark, a barrier-free ramp and a swimming wheelchair have been specially set up! This is secured with the EURO-KEY at the WC building. The public toilet is also designed to be barrier-free!

Access to Lake Millstätter is ideal for anyone who enjoys being active and wants to enjoy nature. Here, both people and dogs can jump into the water and cool off, without it being a classic beach bath. In the Döbriach bay, there are five beach baths for a cozy day on the sun lounger with all the comfort and various water sports!
The enclosed dog run area in Fischerpark is an ideal place to give dogs the freedom they need while their owners have the opportunity to relax and enjoy nature.

Under the motto BathING TIME 365, there is the option to enjoy Lake Millstätter all year round. A unique experience that is attractive to both adventurers and health-conscious individuals. Heated changing rooms are available in winter for cold bathers - they ensure that towels and clothes stay pleasantly warm, allowing for private changing.

Of course! It is important to observe the cold bathing rules as well as the general park rules.

Be respectful to other visitors. Everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the nature and tranquility of the park. Keep noise levels low to preserve the tranquility and peace of the park. Be sure to take your trash with you or dispose of it in the designated containers. A clean park is pleasant for everyone.
