Our house is located in a quiet area with nice neighbors, bordering a forest, which is a starting point for beautiful hikes and excursions in the area. Those looking for peace and quiet look forward to deck chairs with parasols in their own garden, a barbecue area is available to our guests. There is a slide and a sandpit for children, table tennis is available. The apartment with 2 balconies (mountain view, lake view) is on the 1st floor of our house (with its own entrance) has been completly refurbished in 2023. It is equipped with satellite TV, a large bathroom with shower (separate toilet), towels and bed linen are included. As a guest of the house, you can look forward to free entry to 9 bathing beaches in the immediate vicinity. Our guests are welcome to use the private pool (heated, 8x4m) on request. A 20-minute walk takes you to the center of Velden, and a 10-minute walk to the Augsdorf lido. You can reach Klagenfurt and Villach in 20 minutes by car.
