Der Tourismusverband ROSENTAL setzt sich zum Ziel, eine moderne Gäste-Information  anzubieten und entsprechende Begegnungen mit dem Gast als emotionale Markenkontaktpunkte an zentralen Orten zu ermöglichen.
 

Dementsprechend soll die zukünftige Gäste-Information im Rosental über 3 Ebenen erfolgen:

Ebene 1: „Gäste-Information über die Betriebe“ – Sicherstellung einer guten Beratung am POI

Ebene 2: „Stationäre Gäste-Information“ in Ferlach

Ebene 3: „Die mobile TourismusInformation Rosental“ – das Infobüro kommt zum Gast

Bei Veranstaltungen, Events und an frequenzstarken Tagen soll das mobile Infobüro direkt zu den Gästen vor Ort fahren, durch ein attraktives und auffälliges Design Aufmerksamkeit erregen und durch zeitgemäße Ausstattung eine neue Form der Gästeinformation ermöglichen.
 

Folgende Maßnahmen sind im Rahmen des Projektes geplant:

  1. Planung Gestaltung/Design
    Ein einzigartiges Design soll durch einen Architekten geschaffen werden, das eine konkrete Basis für die mobile Tourismusinfo darstellt – unter Berücksichtigung einer möglichen Weiterentwicklung.
  2. Umsetzung/Errichtung mobile TourismusInformation
     
  3. Aufbereitung des touristischen Infomaterial
