Meridian Yoga

The early morning has a very special energy. That's why we use this time to practice yoga at the Della beach bath, on the jetty, right by the water.....

Meditation and breathing exercises are just as much a part of our practice as the knowledge of the energy flow of the meridians.
That’s why the yoga sessions are taught based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and functional anatomy.
