The monkey mountain Landskron is an attraction for young and old, as well as scientists from all over the world. On the four-hectare forested and fenced property, around 170 Japanese macaques live today as they would in the wild, neither trained nor domesticated. This allows you to have the experience, of course only under expert guidance, to get closer to the wild animals than ever before and observe the monkeys during a guided tour directly in the enclosure, while they are raising their young, grooming themselves, and with a bit of luck, you might even see the macaques swimming or even diving.
