In the second episode, presenter Lisa Überbacher welcomes yoga and movement coach Jelena Lieberberg, who inspires almost 460,000 followers on Instagram under the name "Kick Ass Yoga".

Jelena Lieberberg, who lives in Berlin, is a fixture on the international yoga scene and is known for her powerful yoga sessions. In this podcast episode, she gives exciting insights into her career from presenter and singer to sought-after yoga expert. She also shares practical tips for short yoga sessions in the office and dispels common preconceptions about yoga.
