Discover the fascination of stand-up paddling in our introductory course! Whether you are beginners or already have experience – we will show you the most important tips and tricks to enjoy the water safely and with fun. Perfect paddling technique: Learn how to tackle longer distances effortlessly and quickly with the right, effective paddling technique. Safety rules and behavior on the water: Get valuable information on safety rules and the proper conduct on the water.

Prerequisites: Swimming skills and physical health are required for participation.

Maximum participants: 12 people. Entry to the beach area is free for the SUP course!

Included services:
SUP course with certified instructor, introduction to behavior and safety rules.
SUP board and paddle can be rented for the course at a special price of € 11,–.

Schedule:
11 AM meeting point at Gerti’s Beach at Lake Keutschacher, Plaschischen 54, 9074 Keutschach

Duration: approx. 1 hour

Dates:
Every Monday from July 7 to August 25

Required equipment:
Swimwear, towel, sunscreen, headwear, drink, change of dry clothes
