Application and registration conditions

Online registration via the ticket platform Eventjet

Registration for the individual walking events is exclusively online via our online ticket system. There is no other way to purchase tickets.

• After successfully booking one of the hiking formats we offer, please print out the ticket you received by email or save it to your cell phone. The QR code on the ticket will be scanned at the event and the ticket will be validated with it.
• Each participant will receive a "starter package" at the accreditation. If someone else should pick up your starter package for you for logistical reasons, please give them the ticket. Otherwise the person will not be able to do this for you.
• A check of the ticket and the possibly waived discount legitimation will be done without exception! If you have received discounts via the Kleine Zeitung Vorteilsclub or the kelag plusclub joker, you must also be able to present the respective bonus cards or jokers on site without exception. Otherwise, you will have to pay the difference to the full price on site.

Possible payment methods:

• Credit card, eps and Sofortüberweisung (For credit cards you need your security code such as: Verified by Visa Code (if you don't have it, please contact your credit card company).

Conditions of participation/disclaimer:

With the booking of your ticket you agree to the terms of participation and the disclaimer and accept the declaration of consent for filming/photography at the event. This form is also available at the starter package distribution and accreditation office and must be signed by you.

Redeeming the discount codes

1. Enter the corresponding code in the discount field in the ticket window
2. click on "redeem": only then the discounted ticket category will appear (in the container where all "normal" ticket categories were listed before, a new ticket category with the discounted price will now appear in bold)
3. click on the new ticket category and continue with the booking process
4. a query of all participating persons will appear. Please enter the exact contact details of all participants. This is very important due to the new Covid-19 regulations and also for security reasons ;-).
5. Group registrations are not possible!

Control of discount legitimation at the event:

• If you are a ticket holder through the kelag Plusclub Joker , you have to show it at the starter package issue or accreditation. It is possible either to bring the printed kelag plusclub Joker with you, or if you use the kelag plusclub App, you have to show the redemption of the voucher in the App on site.
• KLEINE ZEITUNG Vorteilclub - redemption: Please show your Vorteilsclub card (this must be issued in your own name!) at the starter package issue or accreditation.

Late entries and refunds

Late registrations:

Due to the large number of bookings, late registration on the day of the event is unfortunately no longer possible on site.

Surcharge late entries € 10,- / starting place, no discounts are possible.

Refunds: No refunds will be made. Exception: Event cancellation due to Covid-19 related measures or force majeure.

Cancellation insurance: You can, however, take out private cancellation insurance.

Accreditation, issue and collection of starter packages:

• You will receive your starter package only after handing in your printed ticket or showing your ticket on your cell phone display.
• Please note the opening hours of the starter package issue! After the closing of the issuing office, pick-up is no longer possible.

COVID19 security measures/rules

The current regulations of the Austrian Federal Government apply to all Wörthersee hiking formats.
