That’s why families with kids, in particular, like to go “à la Card” when it comes to their Wörthersee getaway: It is included free of charge at 140 lodging establishments in all categories, offering free admission to eight beach resorts on four lakes and to some 100 excursion destinations, along with free participation in exciting hikes throughout Carinthia. The palette extends from the Alpine-Adriatic Adventure Tour, to a visit to Minimundus – a whole world in miniature on the shores of the Wörthersee – to a tour through the untamed Tscheppa Ravine.
The youngsters get especially enthusiastic when it comes to visiting the farm: pony rides, learning how to milk and hunting for eggs in the henhouse, are reason enough for all kinds of fun and excitement.
